Returns & Exchanges Within 7 Days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

For perfumes, you may open the packaging and test the fragrance before deciding. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product should be in reasonable condition, with the original bottle, box, and packaging retained.

To Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos/videos of the product, if requested

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your perfume for another fragrance, contact us within 7 days. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Importance

Products that have been used extensively, damaged, tampered with, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
